Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Recruitment Specialist with expertise in technical hiring to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role involves end-to-end recruitment for technical positions, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and a robust talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Hiring: Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, including software developers and engineers.
  
• Sourcing: Use various methods to attract top technical talent through platforms, professional networks, and referrals.
  
• Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and align on candidate profiles.
  
• · Interviewing and Assessment: Conduct thorough technical and behavioral interviews to assess candidate competencies, cultural fit, and alignment with company values.
  

• Candidate Experience: Ensure positive interactions throughout the recruitment process, maintaining clear and timely communication.
  
• Metrics & Reporting: Track recruitment metrics for continual improvement and optimization.
  

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s in HR, Business, or related field.
  
• Experience:
  
• 5+ years in technical recruitment.
  
• Experience recruiting for roles in software development, cloud technologies, and IT infrastructure.
  
• Skills:
  
• Strong understanding of technical roles and excellent communication skills.
  
• Proficiency with ATS and recruitment analytics.
